Overall Victorian Winner
Launa Inman
Launa Inman was appointed Managing Director of Target Australia Pty Ltd in February 2005, a leading Australian retailer, with more than 25,000 employees and 291 Target and Target Country stores across the country. Under Launa’s leadership the company has continued to deliver year on year sales and profit growth, with annual revenue now in excess of $3.8 billion and EBIT of $381 million.
Launa holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Masters of Commerce in Strategy and Economics. She also completed the Advanced Executive Program at Wharton Business School in 2004. Launa is a member of the World Retailing Congress Advisory Board.

Helen Jarman
Helen Jarman is Managing Director of Infoactive Logistics Solutions Pty Ltd, Australia's only transportation and logistics company owned and run by a woman. She has helped the business grow to reach an annual turnover of $4 million, employ 12 staff and establish offices in Melbourne and Sydney. Helen identified a gap in the logistics and transportation management industry to form closer partnerships and alliances with clients to help them fulfill complex logistical tasks. These clients include Cisco Systems and Hewlett Packard.

Gaye Hamilton
As Museum Victoria's Director of Operations, Gaye Hamilton is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic planning for the Melbourne Museum, Scienceworks Museum and Immigration Museum. Since her appointment last year, Gaye has implemented a restructure of the organisation as well as a new pricing and access policy for Museum Victoria. Prior to this Gaye was Director of Scienceworks, where she oversaw the completion of the funding, design, construction and operation of the digital Planetarium.

Zahava Elenberg
At just 24 years of age while finishing her final year at university, Zahava Elenberg launched Elenberg Fraser, an architectural practice. Five years later, the practice employs 18 full-time staff and has successfully completed many building projects in Melbourne, including Liberty Tower a 28-level apartment building. In 2002, Zahava established a second business, Move-in, a service which provides everything you need to furnish a new home or investment property.
